Our women crush Wednesday today is Chief (Mrs.) Olufunke Daniel, wife of Former Governor of Ogun state, Otunba Gbenga Daniel. She has been described as a virtuous woman who is intelligent, beautiful, resourceful, and also a fashionista. She is a woman that opens her mouth with wisdom and her tongue is a law of kindness. Her children arise up and call her blessed; her husband also praise her for her good deeds, she is indeed an exemplar of the ideal wife and an archetypal mother.
She was born into the family of Pa Samuel Ajibola Opawole and Mrs Ibironke Opawole (Nee Osoba) on November 27, 1963, she demonstrated unequalled diligence at whatever she does and this quality made her stand out among her peers and equally distinguished her in her academic career. she had her Primary Education at Baptist High school, Iwo, Osun state, where she yielded to the discipline and scripturally sound of Baptist education, which further molded her vision of life and sharpened her mission on human existence.
She is fondly called Yeye with a personification of humility, a feature sometimes missing in some other women of achievements. As attested to by friends, staff and domestic workers, they agreed that she is a paragon of good virtue, unobtrusive and accommodating.
We celebrate our women crush at 56 today.
