Nollywood actor turned politician, Desmond Elliot who is the Lawmaker representing Surulere 1 constituency in the Lagos State House of Assembly, told the people of his constituency that he is not Power Holding Company to fix and provide electricity for them.
He said this while replying to the tweet of the people living in his constituency demanding the fulfillment of his campaign promises by helping with the electricity situation in the area.
